Meet Our Doctors

Claudia Gray, DVM

Born and raised in Western NY, Dr. Gray is proud to be serving her hometown and beyond. After attending Skidmore College and SUNY Binghamton she earned her DVM in 2000 from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Much of her life has been spent around animals. Dr. Gray began riding and showing Hunter/Jumper horses at the tender age of 5. Through adolescence and adulthood, her passion for horses and competition continued until the untimely death of her Dutch Warm blood stadium jumper Cassis. After recovering from the loss and having her first child with her loving husband Andy, Dr. Gray’s passion for competing with her animals led her to the dog show world. She has become an accomplished breeder/owner/handler at AKC conformation dog shows, and has had a second child as well. Needless to say she is a very busy woman! Her family and children are active in swimming, sailing, dance, lacrosse, and skiing. In her professional life, Dr. Gray is equally passionate about the care she provides for her patients and their owners. She provides excellent lifelong care for her patients in all aspects of veterinary medicine and has developed a special interest in reproductive medicine and neonatal care, and in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. As a past president of the Niagara Frontier Veterinary Society, Dr. Gray remains an active member of the NFVS and Western New York Veterinary Medical Society, as well as the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Society For Theriogenology, American Animal Hospital Association, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, and Kennel Club of Buffalo.
